Are you a passionate Psychology enthusiast with a desire to inspire young minds? Integra Education is seeking a dynamic Psychology Teacher to join a lovely secondary school in Woolton, Liverpool, for a full-time position lasting 6 weeks, starting from April 15th, 2024.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Teaching qualification preferred, but open to Psychology graduates with experience working with young people.
- Enhanced DBS check is essential.
- ECT’s (Early Career Teachers) are encouraged to apply; this is a great opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience.
Job Duties:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Psychology lessons to KS4&5 secondary students.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and academic achievement.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through various assessment methods.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Provide pastoral support to students as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behaviour.
- Adhere to school policies and procedures.
