COVID-19 Announcement – Business As Usual

Due to the ongoing and ever changing Covid-19 circumstances, we at Integra People have made the decision to send members of our staff to work from home. We have every intention to run business as usual; through careful planning and with the aid of technology, we are able to continue to work from home without any disruption to our services.

Managing Director of Integra People, David Lewis has been working intently with the marketing team for 6 weeks in order to prepare the business for any challenges this pandemic causes and inevitably, to proceed with business as usual leading up to and including the UK Government announcing a ‘Lock Down’.

All our lines of communication including email and phone lines remain open and we have taken every possible precaution to ensure our staff will be able to support both candidates and clients. Please be patient with us if you are trying to reach us and our lines are busy, you can always email for a call back or try again at a later time.

We ask that all candidates who are working on client sites to be vigilant when it comes to hygiene and follow the Government’s guidance on Covid-19, staying at least 2 meters apart from another person. If anyone is unable to work due to self-isolation, household isolation or if you have been infected by coronavirus, we ask that you follow the NHS guidelines and please inform your consultant at the earliest convenience.

We want to reassure and reiterate to all our temporary employees and clients that we will remain open for business for the foreseeable future. ‘People focussed’ continues to be the forefront of our core values, we stand strong and we will continue to support businesses as we have always done.

“We want our employees and their families to be safe, the only way to do that is to follow the Government’s procedures and advice and minimise the risk of the virus spreading. We have a strong technological infrastructure in place that allows us to carry on working from home as if we were all in the office.

Business must run as normal at Integra People in order to carry on supporting businesses by providing staff to key sectors such as construction, industrial, food production and healthcare. We know that our clients depend on our consultants working hard for them and we endeavour to continue this work.”
